Where do I find the tractor serial number on WD-45's, WC, G, C, and a newer 7020. I thought I knew but not certain. The 7020 I could not find. Thank you for your help. Here is what I think I found; WD-45(WD221345); WC- WC8745; WD- WD208663, C(C13220); Never could find a tag on 7020, found 4006955 on engine. Please help, Thanks again JMS/.MN Tractor Guru Joined: 05 Mar 2009 Posts: 12275 Posted: Sat Oct 01, 2011 4:28 pm Post subject: Re: serial number location WC is on the rear upper center of the differential, flat spot about 2x5 inches, starts with Tractor No., below that WC xxxxx.
WD and WD45 is on the left rear vertical face of the differential. Starts with WD. 146607 and above is a WD45. C is by the shift lever, starts with C. Engine serial numbers of those tractors are on the left side, between the carb and clutch housing. WD45 will star with 45. WC, WD likely have a PA or G included.
